Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we inform you about how personal data you share through the contact and quote form on baronitesagriculture.com is processed. This is an English translation; the Turkish text prevails.

3. Purposes

• Assessing and answering your quote and sample requests
• Contacting you
• Establishing a business relationship and handling contract steps, if you request it
• Keeping the website and form secure and preventing misuse

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2-c, where processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and Article 5/2-f, the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Your explicit consent is not required for this processing.

5. How data is collected

Your data is collected electronically through the website contact/quote form and by automated means (server logs).

6. Transfers

Your data is shared only for the purposes above with the website hosting provider (Hostinger) and email service providers. Because these providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye, any such transfer is carried out in line with KVKK Article 9 and related legislation. Data may be disclosed to authorised public bodies on request where the law requires. Otherwise your data is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing.

7. Retention

Quote requests are kept for a reasonable period (up to 2 years) after the request is closed if no business relationship follows; if one does, they are kept for the limitation and retention periods set by law. Technical logs are kept for the hosting provider's retention period. Afterwards the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights under KVKK Article 11

By applying to the data controller you may:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information about it if so,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Article 7,
• request that corrections, deletions or destructions be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
• object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

Send your request with information that identifies you to info@baronitesagriculture.com, or in writing to [Tesis adresi], Denizli. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest, as set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
